The International Justice Network (IJN) leads human rights initiatives around the world by providing direct legal assistance and expertise to victims of human rights abuses and by creating a global network of legal professionals, non-governmental organizations and community-based human rights advocates in order to protect and promote human rights and the rule of law.

 



Deferred Associate Position Available  E-mail

IJNetwork is seeking a talented and energetic recent law school graduate with a deferral option, or other independent funding, to work as an associate on the litigation team. The associate will work directly with the executive and litigation directors in the human rights and national security sector. In this area, IJNetwork is coordinating the litigation on behalf of the individuals held by the United States in the Bagram, Afghanistan detention facility. We are currently litigating this issue in the district and appellate courts.
